Cover more clients—without adding more hearing watch time.

Organize each client’s priorities, monitor supported public proceedings, and give account teams a timestamped record they can review before the next client call.

Reuse client and issue watchlists from hearing to hearing. A new proceeding becomes a schedule—not a rebuild.

Working across accounts

One operating loop, however many client priorities you carry.

Legislative Signal keeps the source, watchlists, alerts, transcript, mentions, and brief in one reviewable record. Client profiles organize the work while pooled capacity serves the organization.

Client profiles

Keep each client’s records, watchlists, alerts, and briefs together without rebuilding the workflow for every hearing.

Reusable watchlists and aliases

Carry names, acronyms, bill numbers, agencies, and related phrases into the next proceeding.

Account-specific alert rules

Route watchlist or client alerts to multiple firm or client recipients while the proceeding is underway.

Pooled monitoring capacity

Team includes 150 pooled monthly hours and two concurrent hearings; Professional includes 500 hours and four.

Speaker-separated transcript

Follow distinct speaker labels through the record without implying automatic real-name identification.

Searchable evidence archive

Find language across saved hearing titles and transcript text, with client and status filters.

The client-update source record

Prepare an update you can support, line by line.

Legislative Signal produces a factual, evidence-backed hearing brief. Your team can use that record to prepare the client analysis, recommendation, or update your relationship requires.

Common questions

The questions firms ask first.

Are clients separate permission boundaries?

Not today. Client profiles organize records, watchlists, alerts, and briefs, but user permissions are organization-wide. Client-level ethical walls are not currently supported.

What happens if the hearing starts late?

Scheduled monitoring can wait for supported broadcast audio during its start window. Saved records disclose monitored duration and interrupted or partial coverage.

Which sources can run unattended?

Supported publicly accessible official sources and direct public streams. Sources requiring login, registration, DRM, or access-control bypass are not supported; YouTube uses the attended browser workflow.

Do briefs, search, and exports use monitored hours?

No. Monitoring time consumes the pooled allowance. Briefs, search, and exports do not consume monitored hours.
